I'm a person with multiple hobbies ranging from tinkering with cars and chasing outdoor adventures to building Gunplas. All of these activities, i find goes along well with photography & gives me every reason to whip out my DSLR to satisfy shutter-firing urge; so that i'll always have a big scope of topics to blog about. As shutter happy as i may be, i'm still not an accomplished photographer as i'd like to be, since i lack technical depth. When it comes to shooting, i just shoot by 'feel'.
Finally had our inaugural Gunpla group build at Snoopy's place today, since recently me and a couple of my now ex-collagues had picked SD Gundams as our poison *new hobby* =p
I'm not new to Gunplas though, as i had been strictly a snap-fit builder since 2007, taking a new project from time to time. Working on my 1st SD project, i experimented with application of extra colors using Gundam markers courtesy of our official Gunpla godfather, Valen ^_*
I find assembling Gunplas truly engaging & satisfying; building them together with a group of enthusiast surely tweaks up the fun factor as we get to share know-hows, share tools & talk crap of course! =)
Work-in-progress list includes:
1. Valen's SD Zaku II
2.
Gameniac's SD Blaze Zaku Warrior
3.
Wahoo's SD oo Raiser
4. Snoopy's SD oo Raiser
5. Yours truly's SD oo Raiser

CT also joined the bandwagon as photographers, & there's even proper photography light box being set up on site!
Pretty impressive lighting, though i'm still learning how to set it up properly... hmm,. that's how they get the no-shadow effect for professional product shoots...
