When i got her back from the workshop after undergoing some major repair works due to my
CNY-wrap-up mishap, everything was restored to satisfactory level, sans the
C.A.I intake ; & except the dreaded long downtime of course... the other being that she was fitted back with this:
an undersized & mangled open pod air cleaner ~ crushed to its current sorry-but-still useable state at point of crash impact
so i did her justice today, by getting a more than sufficient replacement to ease her breathing complications
~ a 3" inlet filtercharger from renowned K&N brand with a radical distinct X-stream air flow top design. Fills up my engine bay nicely too...
*this particular image stolen from here; coz i missed snapping a shot of my disclaimer sticker, lazy to shoot & edit again* I parted with 360 bucks for this piece of breathing apparatus... it better live up to its claims, til my ride R.I.P. (rot-in-peace), that is... =p
