Shanghai 0307

The Journey

It takes a 5-hour flight from KLIA to Pudong International Airport on a 777. Thank god there's a thing called In-Seat Entertainment System. ~ i dread lengthy travel time...

It's early spring. The sub-10 degree celcius temperature greets me like a cold hard smack on my face the moment i step out of the airport~ first time experience being in a cold climate country...
The MAGLEV is an 8-minute magnetic-bullet-train ride to Longyang Rd. in downtown Pudong; a journey that easily takes up to an hour via other conventional road transport.

Going at insane speeds that leaves even the F1 cars in the dust & peaking at a max speed of 430km/h. An experience not unlike an airplane taking off the runway, but with slightly lesser G.
